We also reserve the right to verify payment method, shipping and billing addresses and any other personal information necessary to confirm the validity of an order placed online. Deep Water Marine (a Marine Coast Electronics company) accepts payment by VISA, Master Card, Discover,Amex and PayPal. We will also accept Check or Money Order but product will not ship until payment is received and verified. All transactions are done online through our secure server SSL 128 encryption. We will ship around the world. But we reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain countries because of liabilities. We offer special UPS 2 Day Express to the 50 United States. It's territories we offer USPS shipping because UPS is very expensive. We will ship standard UPS rates to Canada. International shipments we offer USPS and UPS shipping options. For our International customers Please keep in mind that USPS may ship to you internationally but depending on your country security status it may not qualify for Insurance of shipment. In such a case if the customer still wants to ship and the package is lost or damaged the buyer accepts full responsibility. We do business in good faith and are not trying to mislead our customers in any way so we want to be upfront about this. All U.S. shipments and european locations are insured. Of course existing customers can log in and purchase from any where in the world.
State Sales Tax: If you reside in Texas we are obligated by law to charge a sales tax of 8.25%.
Shipping Policy: Deep Water Marine.com will ship all products by UPS/FedEx/DHL. Customer can choose which method of delivery they want from ground to next day air delivery. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours depending upon payment confirmation. Keep in mind the customer will be charged for shipping costs and sales tax if applicable(Texas Residents). United States Territory customer will be sent by Air delivery. All products are shipped out insured. Deep Water Marine.com has a minimum default shipping weight of 3 lbs. So if your buying a small item such as a connector our suggestion is you buy a few of them because you will be assessed the 3 pound minimum shipping weight. Presently Deep Water Marine.com does not ship to APO or FPO (military postal).
Return Policy: Deep Water Marine.com has a 30 day return policy. We will receive a return from only the 50 United States and it's territories and Canada. You have 30 days after you receive shipment for any and all returns.Thats 30 days after you receive the product, not including our shipping time to you. If you decide you don't want the product upon receiving it the customer will pay the shipping back (insured) and will have a 15% restock fee deducted from there credit. If the product is defective or missent by us the 30 day policy is still in effect.(We want to correct the problem promptly.) Deep Water Marine will ship out a replacement or correct item at no extra cost to the customer upon receiving the other product back. Deep Water Marine.com requires that you notify us by email or phone of a return. We will give you instructions as to how to go about sending it back to us. The customer we receive a credit for return shipping. The return must be sent back insured. The reimbursement of shipping is only for missent or defective items within the 30 day period. Returns are accepted as long as the item has not been installed unless it was found defective upon installation. Then we will honor the return. An installed product return due to customers dislike or ordered wrong item can not be resold as new therefore customer maybe subject to a 15% restock fee because we will have to resell it as used/remanufacutured. If a package is opened and returned with missing components the customer will receive an adjusted refund according to replace cost of missing items. Customer may also be subject to a 15% Restock fee because opened merchandise can not be resold as New. Any product defective after the 30 day period falls under the manufactures warranty. Most products carry a 1 to 3 years warranty(you will need to verify this with the manufactures documentation that comes with the product or the manufactures web site.)
Cancellation Policy: Customer must cancel orders prior to shipping of product(usually within 24 hours). If there is a cancellation after shipment the return policy takes in affect and customer will pay all shipping to send the product back to Deep Water Marine as well as cost incurred by Deep Water Marine in shipping and restocking fee. Please verify where the return is to be sent to prior in the event that we had to get a direct ship via the manufacturer.
All International orders except Canada are on case by case basis. Existing customers we will ship any where in the world to. Our normal shipping area is within the 50 United States and it's territories and Canada. We will sell and ship to international customers outside of these stated boundaries on a case by case basis. Of course existing customers can log in and purchase from any where in the world. We do ship to the UK and Western Europe but if you have a question please email us or give us a call.
